On the evening of September 4, the historic streets of Tersane Istanbul hosted an unforgettable night where art, design, and gastronomy came together through We Are Ona’s first project in the city. Founded in 2019 by Luca Pronzato, the creative collective—renowned for redefining gastronomy through art, design, and experiential storytelling—took the stage in Istanbul for the first time following international projects at Art Basel and Paris Fashion Week. Chef Sertaç Dirik’s special menu, inspired by Alexander Calder’s iconic Art Car designed for BMW, and Kevin Patnode’s signature cocktails blended seamlessly with the site’s historic texture to create a truly unique atmosphere. Ahead of the event, the meticulous preparation carried out by Chef Sertaç Dirik and the We Are Ona team—from ingredient selection to building the kitchen and perfecting every detail—set the tone for the evening, turning the dining experience into one woven with artistry, craftsmanship, and passion.
